Application Process:

How do I apply to take the county low voltage exam to get a low voltage electrical license?

    After the application is completed and notarzied, it must be submitted to the office at least one week before the county board meeting, which is helf every 3rd Thursday of the month.

Where can I locate the low voltage licensing application?
    Email Venice Cook at vcook@broward.org to obtain a .pdf copy of the application (The .pdf application on the county website is NOT          up to date!!!)

What are the application fees?

    $80 Application fee

Does this county accept any other county's exam results for licensure?
    Yes. Brevard, Charlotte, Clay, Collier, Volusia, Monroe, City of Pierce, City of Port Charlotte, City of Sebastian.
